About Us

From the Field. For the Frontline.

In 2006, Wayne, Jeremy, and Kelly founded CIPSolutions to bring the sports medicine model out of the training room and into the workplace. With backgrounds in athletic training and injury prevention, they saw how movement, awareness, and recovery could change outcomes. Not just for athletes, but for utility workers, warehouse teams, and field crews doing high-risk, high-demand work every day.

They also saw the disconnect.

Worksites were unpredictable. Workers faced daily strain. Most injury prevention programs were reactive, focused on lagging indicators and post-incident metrics. Safety leaders were expected to protect every employee and preserve productivity, often without the right tools to do either.

So they built something better.

CIP Solutions helps organizations build workforce resilience by applying the same principles used to protect professional athletes. We coach behavior, improve biomechanics, and meet workers where they are—on site, in motion, and under pressure. From daily warm-ups to functional assessments, our services build ergonomic confidence across the organization.

We call it the Workplace Athlete Model. Confidence is what becomes resilience. When a worker begins to think and move like an athlete, their entire relationship to risk changes.
