An employer was struggling with a significant increase in workplace injuries and knew something had to change. This employer needed a better solution to protect employees from avoidable injuries and help them recover from any injuries. 

Partnering with CIPS CONNECT provided access to CIPS Athletic Trainers via a Telehealth visit resulting in immediate OSHA-guided first-aid, MSK screening, at-home education, and follow-up care. After the support of CIPS’ Athletic Trainers, employees were more engaged, confident, and prepared for their day-to-day work. In the long term, the employer saw increased retention and acquired better talent.
