As an Associate Athletic Trainer, you’ll work in a dynamic, innovative environment to develop workplace athletes through the sports medicine model: risk reduction, early recognition, and guided return.

What You’ll Do:

      • Build confident workers by being a subject matter expert in health, wellness, and injury/illness prevention.

      • Promote ergonomic confidence through coaching on proper body mechanics. 

      • Develop Resilient Workforces through evaluation and education of functional strength, flexibility, and fueling the body.

      • Work from Boots to Suits with all levels of clients, from craft workers to executive management and healthcare professionals. Including collaborating with Occupational Health Services for injury triage and management.

What We’re Looking For:

      • Required:

        • BOC Certification.

        • Bachelor’s in Athletic Training or related healthcare field.

        • Expertise in injury evaluation, ergonomics, and risk reduction.

        • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

      • Preferred:

        • Advanced degrees (MAT/DAT).

        • Additional certifications like CEAS I, FMS, CES, or OSHA 10.

        • Experience in workplace injury prevention.

Promotion to Athletic Trainer

★ Usually with 1-2 years of experience in the Associate Athletic Trainer position.

What To Expect:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ergonomic interventions.

  • Promote and support engagement in CareerCare™ lines of service, Ergonomic Confidence, and the Resilient Workforce.

  • Provide Ergonomic Risk Assessments

  • Collaborate with Occupational Health Services for assessments and guidance related to return-to-work and light duty.

Promotion to Manager Operations

★ Following 5-8 years of experience in the Athletic Trainer position.

What To Expect:

  • Serve as a leader of a team of Athletic Trainers.

  • Represent CIP Solutions to our clients and the public.

  • Present to C-suite/Executive Leadership both internally and externally.

  • Leading Continuous Improvement Teams

  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
